15 years? These are machines that take a lot of abuse. I've had mine seven years and have had a couple of major issues. I'm also pushing 208,000 miles.

+1 on Fail Safe mode. I experienced this once and resolved it by disconnecting the battery for an hour or so which allowed the ECU to reset. I was stuck in 4th.
