Anyways, honestly you should just take your car to a local mechanic and ask them to have a look. Most of the time they won't charge you for asking whats wrong.

You should consider swinging by the dollar store...

You should consider swinging by the dollar store and buying one of those fans (the ones powered by two double A's and spray water out) and duct taping it to the rearview mirror. An easy fix.
