Has anyone installed these Radiator Fans?

My one radiator fan is shot and rattling like crazy so i have a few choices.

1. Junkyard for single fan and motor
2. OEM replacement fans avaliable from ebay for around 100

mine was off so i just grounded it with some left...

did you just replace the bulb or did you have to add a resistor or something. i know nothing about these things and mine is burnt out too but was looking to replace both of them with a blue bulb

it does look photoshopped to me. also the hood doesnt line up with the bumper so something may have to be bent to make it fit right if it is not photoshopped

how did you get them to stay with all of the crud in our mirrors?

and also did u you put them on the back of the mirror or on the bottom (im referring to inside the entire mirror housing)
