Logo/Header for My Future Site

Here's the logo in it's pretty much finished setting. What do you all think? It will eventually be for my site which will include motivational and inspirational writings/poetry. Thanks in advance.

Basicially, I alterned the cliff, added inversion, cropped/edited the guy on the edge and created the text. Didn't really take too long.

The text is too flat. IMO, you don't need a shadow if you have the glow effect. I have no idea what that picture is on the left, and it looks lost.

Doesn't look like much for a logo. Looks like an image with a web domain on it.

But why would anyone leave behind their fear? Wouldn't you want to face your fear? I did.

I like the image, but nothing is going on on the right. It seems unbalanced. It would be nicer if you could think of a way to effectively transition the image onto the black background. Right now it is just a colorful square on a black tile.
