So, my pops was debating whether to trade in his fx45 for a c63 amg. After test driving one, to say the least. The car is a absolute BEAST. Anyone else driven one? I'm sure you all can relate....
Not that crazy of an upgrade. Power, yes. Going to a smaller car that is only RWD and a bigger gas guzzler. Price wise, there is only a $20,000 difference, if that, if a good deal is found.

I've never driven the FX45, but C63 AMG is a fun car.

You are slightly nuts. its an upgrade in nearly every aspect worth mentioning.
Of course, if money is no object. Then by all means, BMW it is.

Ya, but what I meant is that the AWD will be gone, towing will be gone, and towing extra groceries will be gone.
most fx45s come with summer rubber on them that i have seen so its awd use in bad weather might be as bad as the c63 on summer tires.
also with a c63 you have need for a boat to get you laid.. you drive around in a german rocket ship. the noise alone is worth it over being able to tow imho.
