4th gen vs 6th gen Accord V6 vs Lexus ES300?

I am looking for an auto car to cruise in... anyone have experience with these three cars?

My plans for all of them are D2 coilovers, OEM 18s or 19s, 3" exhaust, intake and system w/navi. I won't be racing them or anything but I would like decent midrange for the highway. Obviously this is a Maxima forum but given that it has to be an automatic car what would you go with?

Dynamically there's not a big difference between the 3. The Lex and I30 have the best interiors, the Max/I30 have the best engines and the Accord by far has the best suspension. But w/D2s and all the other mods I'd say it's about even. ?????

What year ES 300? The ES 300 is clearly the highway cruiser of the bunch. I know D2, great people.

I drove my friend's 96... it was pretty quick & very smooth but strangely not as smooth as a VQ. I imagine the 97 being a little more fun with more power and less weight.
