We know two things about this video: 1) The in-car camera is mounted to a Subaru Impreza WRX modified by Canadian tuners Lachute Performance and 2) We've thankfully never been to a track day like this.
From what we can tell, the Lachute crew is drawing a bead on one of the Corvettes in attendance and right around the four-minute mark (after several scary passes and slides), the Impreza gets clipped by one of Chevy's finest, goes off course and then rams into another Corvette while coming back on track. And everyone's acting like it's just another Sunday drive. We count at least two more wrecks and several offs over the eight-and-a-half minute video, so we're not sure if this was a track day, a sanctioned competition or something far, far scarier. If you can shed some light on the situation, let us know in the comments.
RWD = fun? Yeah, maybe if you only watch Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift.

come on, the Subie destroyed that Vette LOL hands down the subie driver was a way better driver, there was barely any water on most of the track, you can't make up excuses saying it was wet, even in the dry turns the subie was pushing him, and just had way more power than that vette on the straights

So ur blaming his bad driving on water? he wasn't even lining the turns up right because he was too worried about the subie passing him, anyone who watched that video can tell the Subie would win in the dry as well, he was a better driver with a better car.

I'd blame alot of it on water. Even in autocross...I ran this season with the BMW club and in the dry events I got eaten for lunch by the M3s, but in the wet-course events I beat all but the most heavily set-up cars.
And in these track events, cars playing with alot more power, the ability to put it down comign out of the wet corners is why the vette was toast...
That said, the driver in the vette wasn't all that good....then again, we don't know how each car was set up, which tires they were running, etc etc...
