Altima question(using maxima trans)
ok the car is a 2000 altima 5speed gxe.

I know the bellhousing is diffrent(vs a 4th gen maxima)

My question is if i use the bellhousing off the altima and put it on the 4th gens trans would that work??

IIRC the trannys should both be rs5f50a

I think it would but you would have taller gearing.

Don't see why not. I myself want 5th and final gears from the alti trans...
