Saw this article today. In my opinion...not sure what to think. Just weird. I wouldn't drive it. Not sure where the cougar head lights idea came from...Or the Vauxhall tails. At least he is running on some nice Mille Miglia's
looks like it's been rearended. I hate almost everything about it ( I say almost very lightly, just because I'd like to see more shots of the motor before I make my decision on that.)
Backward facing carb scoops FTL. That is just the tip of the iceberg though...

They say it has a vw power plant and from the looks of it with those two carb scoops on the sides like that, it looks to be a suped up old school VW bug power plant with a lot of chrome pieces. My dad had a vw bug back in the day. That engine looked too small from the side to be any new vw power plant. So, depending on the weight and what mods he did to the engine, it may just get up and go.
