Hi I was wondering if you guys are experiencing quite a heat wave in the North West. Over here, in Snohomish, Washington its getting hotter and hotter each day. The other day I checked the temperature in my car sitting outside by checking the clock/thermometer/compass thing in my car and it read 115 Degrees! I think we should start investing in some of those sun reflectors or our interiors are all going to get cooked!
And last winter we had like 2 feet of snow, or higher! haha, I am 5'8 and the snow went up to nearly my waist.
I am feeling the burn. Still not as bad as the summer in southern california (think it was 2006 or 2007) where the temps outside went well into the 110 degrees. Ouch.
I'm definately don't like the temp, but to be honest, the west coast has it easy (even so cal) compared to the likes of the eastern seaboard. Triple degree heat with 100% humidity...that sucks.
Eastern Seaboard has it easy compared to East Africa, it has 142 degrees w/100% humidity when I was there for 3 weeks. In Qatar, it got so hot that there military quit and went home after 3 days, said it was too hot to train. We stayed another 7 days...
I went and bought another A/C unit yesterday, living room at least gets comfortable now.

Tonight I actually feel cold from the window being open. I have to admit, out of all my years living in Washington, I had never opened a window at 11PM and felt hot air coming through the window but the past three days was a life changing experience
There are some theories flying around that our winter is going to be worse than last year!
