Spring and Strut install in Portland

Anybody know of a shop that installs aftermarket springs and struts? I called around to a bunch of shops and none of them install customer-supplied parts. Any info would be helpful. I really don't want to spend a weekend doing these myself.

Shouldn't take all weekend. I did mine with a buddy in half a day and we're slackers. I have a friend who is a service manager for Mastertech Automotive in Gresham and the Couve. I'll ask him what they would charge to do it.

Yeah, I hear you on that one. I've got a few projects waiting for it to get warmer. I'm gonna see my boy on Sunday and I'll talk to him about it.

My boy said his shop will do it but they'll only warranty the install and not the parts since they are not their parts. Give Ryan a call at MasterTech automotive at 503-66nine-2180 and tell him D-Bo told you to call.

Cool thanks a lot for checking! I'm not too concerned with the warranty, I just need the install.

*Edit* Just called him, nice guy. Said he would just charge me per hour which is nice. He figures it will be about a 3 hour job. So when I get my parts in I will have them do it.

Not yet, in fact I haven’t even got a chance to purchase springs and struts yet. They are on hold for a month cause I have to finish out my lighting, so I just bought a set of 6000k DR2 bulbs and a 6000k HID fog kit. I also have to install my DDE's that have been sitting in my house since Christmas. So much to do and such crappy weather

HIDs FTW I would love to see how those look when you're done. Have you decided what strut/spring combo you're gonna go with?

I know what you mean though, I have a laundry list of projects to do. I'm hoping to get some of the little stuff done before the GG meet at the end of the month.

Ill post the pictures of the lighting on my cardomain when I get them installed!

For the suspension im going with something that has an even drop. Most likely progress/illuminas or Tein H-tech/Illuminas.

The Illuminas will certainly do you well. A lot of people compare the H-Techs and the H & Rs too.
