well, from wut i know red and blue (police colors) is illegal period, atleast here in florida. if you really wanna get technical about laws, anything u do to ur car that is not stock is illegal i believe. yeh, but definitely stay away from red and blue. just change it bak to orange for them to see, then put a white bulb in it wen u leave!! if a cop bothers u for a white light, then they have problems, they should be out stopping real crime IMO

The cop that bother you for them lights you have are just boring a** cops with nothing else to do. I have white light from top to bottom also never had problems with the law or maybe it was just where you live.

which lights are you talking about the corner lights right next to the headlights or the bumper lights. If I am correct, 4th gens came stock with clear bulbs in the corner light spot.

All I know is that in CT any light that is coming from the front end of the car has to be either White or Amber/Orange. And anylight coming from the back must be Red, White, and Amber/Orange.

My son got a ticket in Spokane a couple years ago for having blue bulbs. On my 5th gen I have clear lenses with amber bulbs front and red in back.

I have "hyperwhite" bulbs in the corners, that look blue in the daytime (when the lights aren't on) and they look white at night. A buddy of mine that's a state cop said that potentially, I could get pulled over in the daytime, since it looks like there is some blue in there, but he said it would only happen if they thought I was doing something else wrong (drunk driving, etc.)

I was going to look into white LEDs and see if they matched up with my fake HID headlight bulbs, but I haven't bothered lately.
