I'll see what I can do, will try to go up there in "white lightning" (No, it's far from a ford lightening, for now...) Even though I'm finally picking up my new motor for the infinitar tommorrow But I'm more concerned with stashing some money away for the NWP meet, I've decided I'm getting a ****ing pimp ass hotel room downtown for $140/night for the 26/27/28th, if anybody want's to split it with me let me know.
Anyways:
MAKE DAMN SURE: NO Cracks or broken windshields, the tiniest crack and you will FAIL. Also, You must have a battery hold-down! These are the two most common reasons that people get turned away, and I know a few of you fall into that category. Also, no bad fluid leaks or wasted tires.

That sounds fair! 2.5 hour drive is quite a distance. No problem! We still have the NWP meet.

I havent been to the track at all this year...I was hoping to get there at least once, but its tough for me to go during the week with work and all. Plus, I have a damn bubble on my front driver side tire.

No SSIM here. I had the upper and lower manifolds out yesterday too but I haven't even really looked into this mod till now. I read that you need a tune most likely after it which I don't have the time or money for at the moment!

I did mine with no tune and it runs like a champ deffinatly recomend this mod you will love it. I've got an auto it used to shift into 4th at like 85-90 now it will go up to 110-120 before shifting at WOT awsome mod. Do it up.

Did you remove the UIM completely to do this? How long did it take? Good power gain? Is there a good thread to look at for more info on this?

I'm probably going right after work, then picking up the woman, then heading up there. I'm not sure if my co-worker is joining me with his 135i, which I'm eager to see run.

I saw a bunch of BMW 135i run at the track before. They all ran in the 13's. You guys have to come to a BMW gtg once in awhile.
Let me see if I can make it up on a Wednesday night. Will see when it gets closer.
