I thought the camera on H.Harding and Franny Lew Eastbound next to St. Francis Prep was a dummy box. (meaning just a decoy)

I think that the box at Franny Lew is a dummy box. I used to take the Q30 over there all the time to go to Dozo and never saw it flash once...or maybe the bus was blocking it because all the preppy kids were getting out of mommy's car at the bus stop instead of infront of school!!!

yahoo maps for blackberries has the options of showing red light cameras so if you have a blackberry i recommend it

Brooklyn: Ocean Pkwy and Shore Pkwy, right before the Belt underpass looking on the Manhattan side, got caught twice already. That yellow is so short.

if this takes a pic of your front plate I have a quick solution. It involves two screws.
