For me I only care about how fast my car is on nitrous...And I only use nitrous at the track. Would the nwp block off plate benefit a nitrous set up or wouldn't it matter? I just got my 75whp jets and was wondering if I should get the $40 plate as well.

Its actually around a 50 shot. ZEX rates their kits at the crank. I also had real low bottle pressure at the time. I now have zex 100 shot jets( around 75 whp) that i will be installing. I'll be going back to the track this friday to hopefully greatly improve my times...Hopefully! Thanx for the reply.

I have the right plugs for a 75 shot. My question is about the nwp plate. Anybody else confirm if it would really matter having this mod for a nitrous car?

I ordered one. Should be here in a few days so I can install it before my next track session. Block off plate and 75 shot should be a fun upgrade. Thanx for the replies guys.

this coming tuesday(hopefully) i will be doing some dyno test and tuning on my 5.5. ill be running my full ssim, then tune it with my safc, then run it with nitrous(75shot). then ill be switching to just a block off plate, tuning it with my safc, and running it with juice. ive been running the ssim and im kinda sick of the lack of low end power, so i might end up just running the block off plate, but we shall see what happens on the dyno...

Please keep us posted on those results. I'm very curious if you make more power with ssim+nitrous or just block off plate+ nitrous.

I have my stock manifold on for now with the block off plate.. I normally run a 100shot with my Kinetix (which split along 2 diffrent weld but getting fixed) I went to the dyno yesterday to see what the diffrence was gonna be N/A and on spray between the two manifolds but the car was very rich and my tune from before was off, tried pulling some fuel out with my SAFCII but it started breaking up on the top end so it ended up being a waste of time due to fouled plugs.. I will get it fixed and go back so I will keep you guys posted on the results between the two manifolds.
In the meantime keep me updated on the SSIM vs block plate nitrous numbers if you don't mind..
