Hey everyone, There is talk about having a 2nd Annual Houston Meet. Last year we did this we had about 18-20 maximas there. We had 3rd-6.5 gens show up and overall it was a pretty amazing turnout and it was a blasty blast! haha.
so anyways, we havent worked out all of the details just yet.. we have figured out a time and date... just dont know the place yet. Any suggestions?? Last year we had it at a park and had a BBQ and then later that evening went to the crazy-as-all-getout car show. (that was CrAzY.. lol)
so our plan is for October 24th at 11:00am. any suggestions on where we can have this?? and who all will be willing to join?? i'll start the list off!
A meet in Houston? It would be really nice. I would definitely be there.
I tried to add my name to the list, but couldn't add my name after JNCoRacer. Can someone do that?
Lately, anytime I go to a store, I happen to park next to a 5th or 6th gen max. I wish I had some decals, I would just slip it on their windshield. Just to spread awareness about the group or a meet. If anybody has any input about this, let me know.
Dallas crew - if we all do decide to make the trip, we need walkie talkiez and i am thinkin about staying saturday night and drivin home sunday afternoon. what do u guys think about that?
I got a couple walkie talkies, originally bought for our "cruises".
nice! lol. if we end up going... i dont want this to be like a normal DNE "cruise" if u know what i mean... lol. i dont need to risk the chance of getting any tickets!
**list updated on first post**

Make this shiite official like a referee with a whistle and I'm in!!!
How about the same park? Hit Westheimer later on in the night and watch the craziness
I'll bring my monster camera.
But the real question is, will I get to eat Nick's meat again?
Don't play with my emotions or my off time. Make it official and I will be there. YOU ALL BETTER NOT PUNK OUT THE DAY OF! I bout lost faith. This a false alarm and I will give up.

Just wanted tolet ya'll know that Bear Creek Park near I-10 and Hwy 6 has a lot of weekend meets. The park is huge, shaded and had plenty of room to BBQ. I live next to there and cruise through daily and it nice and peaceful. Last time just driving through, I swear there was over 100 cars parked or cruising through... multiple groups out and a butt load of Nissans. Don't know if I came on a day when meets were going on.

i would opt for memorial park since there's a bunch of tiny parking lots we can all park in, but it's a tiny bit hard to navigate around the it if you're not familiar with the area.
Count me in. If we do this and gather at Memorial Park, I say we gather around the area where the mountain bike trails are which are located on the S. Picnic Lane area. The the golf course or "jogger" side are always crowded especially on Saturdays. The remote areas on the trail side would accomidate 20+ cars with having to reserve a spot.
