Warm on sunday, yesterday rained a lot, and then snow last night. Yet did you notice everyone still drives the same no matter what the weather is doing?

yeah i was traveling north on 360 last night.. and ppl were going like 45-50 in a 60.. i was screaming at them haha.. yeah it was snowing but nothing was sticking.. it was instantly turned to water once it hit the ground.. aka driving in rain.. ppl are retarded
