Well Ill try but this is what my surgery developed into.
Drilled and taped 3 back studs and replaced all studs with bolts just to make it easier to get manifolds on and off. Replaced bad knock sensor and power steering pump. Last switch oil pan for the other with a better drain line for the turbo. It was just easier to drop the motor to do all of this. Plus impossible to do back studs anyways. The leaks were so loud and bad I could not even hear my exhaust sounded like running off the headers.
"Another thing to look for is wastegate placement. It is best, on manifolds with an external wastegate, for the wastegate to be placed in an area where the exhaust gasses from all runners have an equal chance to escape from it. This will prevent "boost creep". The angle at which the wastegate is placed is equally as important. If the wastegate doesn't get any of the primary flow of exhaust, chances are you may experience boost creep to some extent."
just some info i found on google 'wastegate placement'. hope it'll help some..
