My 2003 max also needs new springs/struts. Anyone want to get together and do a couple of cars?

whenever i have some time...soon i hope. i don't have a garage at my house, so i'm willing to drive over to someone's place with a 6 pack of beer and food.

i'll help too of course, i'm not a complete mechanical newbie . i just rather have someone that knows what they're doing, doing the install.

they ride pretty good some what stiffer than stock but better when it comes to mid performance and handling, less body roll and bounce.

I'm about to be laid off and I do have a couple sets of spring compressors... But the wife wants me to work in her deli until I the market picks back up. I'd much rather wrench on cars than work for my wife.

Anybody knows where I can find a chess club or find chess players where the players play quite often?

Also, I am looking for somewhere to play ping-pong quite often.

Anybody got any suggestions?

Let me just say, you asked just in time. Pics coming up in less than 2 weeks!

Why did you ask, though? Found something that might interest me?

Cool what kinda rims you get ? Let me guess im gonna have to wait and see huh , lol ! No seriously i found some 20 inch Axis fairly cheap and from the pics they look newish . Dont know if your really want 20's but thought id keep ya posted. They are gunmetal with a polished lip. They arent staggered though Dont know if that matters to you or not ? Pm me if they spark your interest and you want some pics man !

Hey men, thanks for looking out for me. I have looked at and considered almost purcahising one of these rims..., G37 rims, M45 rims, TSW 20s, Konig 20s, Vossen 20s.

In my search, I almost bought the G37 wheels, but I decided not to get staggered! Especially after what I wanted to pay did not match with the sellers price. But more importantly, I decided too against staggered because I want to be able to balance and rotate my tires without any restrictions whatsoever.

Then I wanted to soo goo with the Vossen 083. It was cost that finally deterred me.

Then for the tsw, I wanted to go with one of the new rims that just came out; the Asan or the Sepang. Then realized it does not come in 20s, just 18s.

Then, the last rim I was really looking for or expecting to have on my car, I finally fell for! After a day of discussing with seller, and going through a lot to raise cash, finally made payment today!!! That is why I am soo confused. What a coincidence for you to bring this topic just the day I bought my new rims.

So, I will leave it at that and when I put them on, I will take pics and post up!

Stay tuned. I just hope it looks good on my ride. ANd looking forward to reviews from fellow orgers!

My stock wheels are up for sale..., cheap too.
