Damn, really liked what you did to the ride man. Everything from the rims to the fog lights. It's very tastefully done.

Thanks guys! By the way, i used plasti-dip for the grill and the rims so i could always go back to the original look. Also i just used tint film for the corner lights, so that as well is removable. I could always go back to the look i had in the second picture.

Yep!! I used playing cards in the seam between the rim and the tire to prevent over spray onto the tire and i just sprayed about 3 good coats. Make sure to clean the rims well and post pics of the results!

You sir, proved that less is (often) more.

Great job, especially for a 17 year old.

Thanks, they are holding up real well! I want more low though, and i wish they were stiffer. The rear is far too soft for me and i cant have rear passengers.

Meaning you scrap or rub fender when you have passengers? Or is it bouncy?

Not bouncy, but definitely rub the fender with passengers due to my wheel set up.

Whats the drop on k-sports? Im running progress springs on AGX struts set to the stiffest settings and I dont rub ever. My drop is almost 2 inches.

95maxed, i believe the ksport drop is 2.2 inches up front and 2 inches in the rear. I probably need to upgrade struts in the future because these monroes arent stiff at all. Would you recommend AGX struts?

maxed_out_99, im rockin monroe struts which are basically replacement stock struts. That would probably explain why i rub, they aren't designed for lowering springs. Btw, youre car looks CLEAN!

I love my AGX struts, they can be soft yet firm, or really stiff. Depends on how you set them. The only complaint I have is that when it gets cold, they tend to get even stiffer. Not a bad thing if you dont mind the ride.

Okay thats good to know! If i dont end up going with coilovers, ill eventually have to buy new struts and ill most likely go with AGX. I'm sure i wouldnt mind the stiff ride, thanks man.

No problem bro. Check tirerack.com for good prices. I got my struts there for a good deal

Not bad, looks good. Those wheels don't look so bad on it and being black makes a really good color combo. Idk about the fog lights tho...
