Props on the feature, but I still don't under stand this Corvette wheel trend. Honestly, they really don't look good on the car...

Those vette wheels are very ugly. The new c6 z06 wheels are however very nice too bad those aren't the trend. Also the car isn't really quite stanced. It is low but that front fitment is pretty off.

actually the front fitment is spot on! i have a serious amount of camber to allow my wheels to turn when taking turns....if i had it raised up a few inches and un did the camber it would be right on the inside of the fender!

The max is looking very nice, but it seems like there are so many websites popping up nowadays that anyone can just get "featured".

hate = negative comments due to jealousy, my "hate" comment on the wheels was the truth from my point of view and bad taste in "upgraded" wheels...

this is so true, and all it takes now is a stock car with suspension and random wheels spaced out to make them "flush". What ever happened to building cars because u like it and not because of what other people (bandwagoners) think. Every time I get online to any forum site its always fitment this aggressive that...

lol don't be bitter, I'm all about nicely stanced cars, my new car is rocking a nice low aggressive setup as well so I'm not knocking on your car. Just merely stating my opinion, that's all. But enjoy your big feature, I hope to see bigger things done to your car in the future.

post #25 speaks truth...i BS you not...i had more carnage in the rear because of that hidden lip in teh back i didnt know about than the front...the front looked almost like it did when i put them on, the rears suffered the most

slight pull of the fender...and by slight i mean slight...i had no issues

mine was more of just test fitting to see if it was actually going to work...i expected to have more problems up front, but my problems ended up being out back...even teh rear didnt rub fender, the hidden 'lip' thats behind the bumper, is what cut the tire. in other words, cutting that lip/tab and you can fit a 10, if not 11" wide wheel up under there, with the corresponding offset of course

btw thats 265/30/19 on a 19x9 +30 offset wheel

^^^ why not stiffen the damper for the rear so it wouldn't mess with ur tires?

Lol at u refering to a maxima as jdm, that acronym lost its actual meaning years ago. Now everyone refers to their Japanese car as jdm lol.

On another note, I'm glad ur putting maximas out there because the is no "love" for us. bit u should visit the local forum I go on and you'll see why we have no love. Those jackasses make all maxima owners look bad.

Anyways like I've said before, props on your feature...

i think the car looks good with the vette wheels. not a big fan of having wheels that stick out past the fender, so you either gotta run a sper skinny tire and camber it burning up the tires or running a super stiff suspension that jars the hell outta ya. but to each his own.

its pretty much going to be a parking lot queen for a while i'm having a hard fukin time getting someone to put my engine in. my normal mechanic just happens to be my father in law and see his daughter and i are at each others throats...i'm basically on a search to find someone to do my swap for. too much BS going on

all that is your perception with having to run on a stiff suspension and cambering, skinny tires...i hate fat tires, even though i have 245/40s on my latest set of 18s. but all of that...my post proves camber isnt needed. some cases you do need it for clearance, alot of people do it for looks, and as long as your toe is right, you really wont be burning up tires as much as you think
