My 7TH Gen Max

I've only done a few mods to her (Zhuzy's her name) and I have others that I haven't yet installed here's just a few:

The Tires are Nexxen 3000 18" I wanted to keep the stock ride feel as much as possible but I have the Eibach Pro Kit which helps to set my car off along with a Stillen FSTB and Stillen RSB. Check them out here:

http://www.wheelmax.com/product.asp?ProdId=114120

The Rims are Verde Kaos Black with a Silver Machined Lip: http://www.victoriatire.com/wheel_VERDE_KAOS%20BLACK

Bullydog Power Pup Chip

Decklid Spoiler

Stillen Roof Spoiler

Eichbach Pro Kit

20% Tints all the way around

Stillen FSTB

Stillen RSB

Stillen Lightweight UDP

Optima Battery Red Top

Aftermarket Blacked Out Headlights

I hope you guys like it and thanks for all the support this is the best forum for our cars. I also own a 2K Maxima GXE and a 2K3 Maxima SE.

You have to really see it in person then you wouldn't say that, I didn't want to go with what everyone else is doing (20-22inch) because as i mentioned I wanted to stay close to stock.

I guarantee once you saw it in person you'd say differently but thanks for your honesty and support.

A Stillen kit and AE'd headlights would look slammin' on there.

Anyway, car looks nice and clean. Keep it up.

That is the plan, I mentioned in my list of Mods that I have Tint Taillights and Tint Headlight Kits that I haven't added just yet but that will be done in due time.

Thanks for all the compliments, support and recommendations.

I'd probably only refer to AE'ing headlights to 5th gens. Everyone else will know it as "painted headlight housings".

Nice. I agree 19's or 20's would look a little better.

Very nice, and don't mind the haters - anything above 19in is goofy on a car like this and probably wrecks the ride. Your car makes all the things I normally don't like - black rims, dark tints, etc - work perfectly. The only thing I disagree with (on principle) is the roof spoiler, but I didn't notice it until I read your mod list.

Thanks again to all you guys who complimented on my car, the only thing I will say to those who say I need bigger rims is that though on this pic it may appear that way, if you saw it in person then you'd say the size of the rims look just right because the tire profile is lower than what it shows up on the pics and there is even less well gap than on the stock Maximas so it really looks more in proportion than it appears on the pics.

Again, thanks for all your support, and from what I've seen here I say that many of you have nice rides as well, I wish both of my 5th Gens looked a lot like many of yours.

Peace

When i say close to stock, I mean the handling characteristics of the car, not the look/aesthetics.

My car actually handles better than the stock due to the FSTB, RSB and lowering with the Eibachs but these tires are a lot quieter than the stocks and are nearly the same size, so I did stay close to stock (definitely in the size of the wheels).

Again, thanks for the compliment but if you seen it in person or unless you're just a member of the 20inch club then you'd say different.

Take care, i wish you all the best with your rides.

I'm definitely going to get similar rims though I've decided I'll go with 20"s not too big to be obnoxious I think. Ever thought about the blue headlights? I'm leaning towards putting the pure blue xenithxeons and fog lights on mine

looks clean, as long as you like it. besides I dont think 20s are too big to be on anything these days because cars are becoming more chunkier more like required if u ask me lol but keep up the good work

Thanks Ken and agree that 20's are going be more commonplaced because of the size of cars but to me they're more like a trendy thing for most cars because in music they play up the 20/22/26inch or big rim theory so much so that most of the youth of today aspire to have big rims on their cars and don't really know why other than they were told that's what's up!

I'm not knocking anyone who wants them but why just be a follower of the crowd? Do you and let me do me. (generally speaking, not aimed at you).

I already have the blue headlights but I haven't installed them yet, honestly though I was wanting a set up/sorta a combo of the Audi LED headlights with the Demon/Angel Eyes but I haven't been able to find anyone who sells or makes them for our cars.

Your car looks good! The wheels seem to fit the car just right, not too big, not too small.
But like everyone else I also think a bigger set of rims will fill the wheel well better and look quite nice.

I am one of those crazy "if it ain't at least 2 In. bigger than stock it ain't good enough!" people.

And bigger is always better, as long as it doesn't get too big and heavy to lug around, in. Just like *****, you can go big but if you go and get a pair of 20 In. and install them on your girlfriend it might be a bit...

Thanks Leo, like I said, I don't knock anyone from that crowd (20 inch or above) but that just isn't me, I wanted to stay close to the stock feel and I wouldn't have achieved that with 20" or more, especially with a low profile tire.

the car looks fantastic! 20's would definitely set it off...in my opinion, but it looks nice just the way you have it. keep up the good work, you've inspired me to get the pro kit on my car as well.

Thanks Curt!

Go for it on the Eibach Kit, I think without the drop then i would've gotten the 20's because then that wheelwell would've shown way too much gap without lowering the car or bigger rims.

Be sure to post some pics when you get a chance.

Have to agree that the rims are a no-no. They look small and cheap. Other than that it looks great, keep up the good work and keep her clean!

Thanks Bro, but sorta/kinda on the lights. If you've seen Audis around town they have the thin strip of LEDS for the front lights and I think that looks cool.

What would be better is if they had a light set like the one you posted here with those LED lights lined under the bottom of those Demon Eyes.

Thanks though, maybe someday somebody will make a set.

Not sure what you mean by "cheap" but I didn't pay a whole lot for them, they look of decent quality (especially in person), so if that's what you mean that's cool.
