My 4th gen update..
What's up everyone. As you all know I'm on a little bit of a budget so I've been doing small things to make my old '96 look like new. I've been trying to make the engine bay look better so I've been trying to polish my valve cover. It doesn't have that mirror shine yet because I haven't had the chance to sand, but it's getting there. In these pics you'll also be able to see my '97-'99 headlights that I got off another org member here for $50, and a rust free passenger fender for $20:

Nice. You need the 97-99 clearance lights (the ones next to the headlights). Otherwise, looking good.

looks good, are you doing the sanding all the way to 2000 with sand paper, then polishing with mothers polish?

i want to clean up my bay too, and doing some kinda wire tuck. but with all the crap in the bay i dont even think anyone would notice a tuck unless i take out my a/c which will never happen...

hopefully you didn't shell out too much for the nismo cap... engine bay cleanliness is great but you could do other cheap external mods to turn some heads. a bottle of nite shades is 15 bucks at your local auto store.. shavin the badges is free and cleans up the trunk lid quite a bit

The Nismo cap was maybe $10-15 maybe? I don't remember. As far as the night shade maybe on the 5.5 but definitely not the 4th. On the trunk I have the Nissan badge removed.
