Random Shots With New LEDs

Last weekend I installed the two white LED strips on the front bumper...I havent made any other changes to my ride since I'm saving for a new ride for next year ...I custom-fit the CCFL angel eyes in my ebay projector housing and each LED strip on the bumper consists of 24 individual LEDs

I'm usually not a big fan of body kits, but yours has turned out nice. At least you didn't put big gotty chrome wheels on it. Overall, it looks pretty damn sweet.

Bought on ebay from seller notebook.edge for $3.99 USD/ ea. The strip is flexible and I glued it using krazyglue gel. The LEDs are on the same circuit as my angel eyes and are controlled by a switch under the dash.

lol, there practically the same car newb. same engine, tranny, except more luxury amenities in the G which i don't really care about cause the touring package is sufficient enough for me. Plus, the Z's weigh less than the G's and are more track appropriate which i prefer.

you posted pics of your car on the members rides section. did you expect everyone to reply with positive feedback? not everyone has the same tastes as you and are entitled to their opinions. you couldn't endure a constructive criticism so you bash on my stock Z in retaliation?

No need to get upset...you posted your opinion on my ride and I posted my opinion about yours...so whats the problem? seems like you think only YOU are entitled to your opinion while this is actually not the case.

you didnt post constructive criticism...you just criticized...while that is OK to do since you can type whatever you want why would you waste your time writing something about a ride you dont even like? personally I dont bother to post in a members rides thread if I dont have at least one positive thing about the car in question or some actual constructive criticism like "your wheels would look sick if you painted the face to match your ride etc etc.."

and come on dont just call me a noob...what classifies you as not being a noob? just because you spend more time on the computer posting thousands of responses that doesnt automatically make you a non-noob....it just makes you a person who needs to get outside more!

bottom line you posted in this thread...you made your opinion known...so I did the same about your ride...and NO I did not bash your ride I just said I would have chosen the G35 over the 350z AND I added that it was just my personal opinion...I dont see what you are getting so worked up over?

Oooh your car has no side markers, Im tellin. I like the strips, but I think they would look even better IN the headlamps. Not really feeling halo on the projectors only because I think it looks odd for the inner ring to be larger than the outer ring yah know.

I had played with the idea of putting them inside the headlights (I was think of putting them along the top edge of the headlights rather than the bottom like the R8s) but I canned it for a few reasons:

1) I didnt want the LEDs to burn out since they are known for failing in high heat environments (I dont even want to know how much heat my 55w HID kit is making in that housing lol)

2) I didnt want to mess with the look of the halos...I was afraid adding the strip right below them would have cluttered the look a bit too much...

3) I didnt want to open up my headlights again and go through all the time and hassle involved....I actually have NO condensation inside my headlights (by some kind of miracle lol) and I dont want to take the chance and open it up and mess the seal up

Whenever I see your car I always think about how sick it would look with a nicer set of wheels. But your upgrading so I doubt I'll ever see that.

I still think you should swap out the wheels though with something more aggressive. The rest of the car just looks like its pissed off at the world,(which I love) but the wheels look too "soft" i guess.

What you thinking about getting next by the way?
