That is really cool man! congrats! I think it's really clean. The best thing you could have ever done is take that damn rotary out and drop a VQ in there. WELL DONE!

Clutch Masters stage 1,
def gonna turbo or s/c it. im leaning more towards a turbo. i need to sell my supra first though to fund the project lol.
Turbo it. Centrifugal superchargers FTL... if you are worried about gas get a turbo and stay out of boost until you want to rip on it, SCs will not only rob you of power constantly but burn more gas as a result. And for the record, LS1s are actually a lot more fuel efficient than you'd think...
We have a lot of interesting swapped cars here. Ever seen the Volvette?
lol yeah im from lancaster. I know doug strickler and the rest of the anti-team that rolls around mount joy. the volvette was cool but a huge waste of money. i watch him at the strip run anything from 12-14's. imo, a twin turbo ls1 shoudl be able to do way better. maybe its the fact that he put it in a station wagon lol.
and no vids but i will try and take some as soon as i get this thing running again.

Yeah it did seem like a total waste of time. You're from Lancaster? How come I've never seen the car at any of the meets there?! Haha. I live in State College, so obviously I'm not in Lancaster THAT much (just for a few meets a year basically), but I know most of the guys from that area as well.

cause i just got the car 3 weeks ago lol. i have a supra as well, but i usually took my motorcycle to all the car meets. which meets are you talking about?
only when boosting thats the nice thing. my buddies civic gets 35mpg as long as he doesnt spool the turbo. when he runs the car like it is built to be, he gets around 18mpg lol.
Well I was referring to the fact that a supercharger doesn't necessarily decrease MPG's. My brother's went from high 20's n/a to low 30's on the freeway after he installed a V2 on his 2k1 max.

A lot of the TriStateTuners meets, like the Sonic one...we also do stuff as a Maxima group sometimes.

placebo/driving style
You are always turning the SC even when at partial throttle (except for the clutch-actuated ones that I admit are pretty awesome). That takes powarrrr
