Gentlemen, I am in the middle of changing an alternator on a 1998 maxima GLE. Question: I have the top bolt out on alternator and the bottom one is giving me a problem. I noticed there is a hex bolt on the front of the alternator unit. Just want to make sure that you take bolt out from the back. I do not see much room in the front of the car to operate. Also it is a 14mm bolt on the back? Should be simple once the AC was disconnected and everything els was done.
