hey, i got a question about your exhaust set up.

i have a stock system with a resonator delete and a cutout. I did this because i want a quiet car most of the time, and when im feeling spirited i can open up the exhaust and have some good sounds.

my question to you is, did you have the cutout installed before you did the rest of the exhaust of did you do it all at once? i guess what im looking for, is im trying to see how much louder it will be if i were to get the racingline HFPC headers and Y-pipe. my cutout is already as loud as i want it. and my car is quiet as much as i like it with the stock mufflers. i am just interested in how loud the car will be with the racingling HFPC headers and y pipe WITH with stock mufflers vs, stock headers and y pipe with stock mufflers.

i know this is a difficult question because you don't have stock mufflers but your the best person to ask since you have both the items im looking to get.. i guess try to rate it on a scale from 1-10. 1 being factory quiet. 10 being crazy annoyingly loud. 4 being a regular cat back set up.

if i have to, i will buy a high flow resonator to quiet it down so when i use my cutout, i don't rattle my brains. i want all the performance but i want the car to be quiet on a day to day basis.

last question is, with your set up, will you pass smog?

Had to stop by to post a note as soon as i laid eyes on your max, Nice man. I just bought a 2008 Max with 37,000 on the engine, its got eveything on it but a navi. I just put on the first mod today whitch was a NISMO CAI. Once again beautifull ride and keep in touch for advice man, Im new to the 3.5 maxi world.

wussup blazen i was wonderin if u could give me a lil info. first off i have a 07 se. i been a member of the forum for a while now but i still have not posted any pics yet. i will. i noticed you have done the complete interior led swap for blue. im dying to do this mod. im a professional avionics installer an i work for a government contractor so im proficiant with soldering. i do all electrical mods on the car myself. my question is what leds do i need? where do i get them and how many will i need to do the doors speedo cluster, a/c display/controls an the lil ambient light in the dome? steering wheel also if possible. i have an aftermaket stereo so i wont need to do the main display. im getting the same varad system you have after i get the same led tail lights you have. i hate to copy but there isn't much out there for our cars :/ i already have the e&g grill, 20 inch diamo 25k rims wrapped in lexani rubber. 20000k hid head lights an fog lights (they look sic!) lol an a full system. hit me up! thanks in advance for any info you can provide me!
