    And now the Timing Chain and the Tensioners need to be replaced! What a piece of junk Maximas are!

    I purchased a 2003 Maxima SE new at the end of the 03 model year. Since I have owned this vehicle I can say that it is the worst car I have ever owned! Nissan refuses to admit to any unusual oil consumption troubles with its 3.5 engine but I can tell you otherwise? Here is a list of parts that have been replaced since I have owned this car, and this is under optimal driving conditions and car care, changing the oil every 3000 miles flushing the tranny every 30,000 and all other maintenance required! I have replaced the AC Compressor after only 45,000 miles! The heater Motor after 50,000 and then it goes downhill from there! Motor Mounts three times, Heater Core, Lower Control Arms, Cam Shaft Positioning Sensors, Power Steering Hose,
