    they're outside, they come with 3m double sided tape but you might need a little extra to keep 'em there. they were about ten bucks on ebay.

    the LED signals r regular white 30cm i got from ebay. your gona need a voltage equalizer if u dont want them to go ballistic when u put on ur signal.
