    I can only afford one money pit at this time. Haven't ironed out all the issues with the MKIII, and probably never will! Good luck selling it. Its a tough time to sell. I've seen alot of nice MKIIIs selling for cheap.

    Are you from Florida?
    I love Florida...I hope to be buying a place to stay between Naples and Fort Myers...hoperfully Cape Coral. Been to Florida so many times it's like my second home now! I have a musician friend who lives there and plays guitar in a Jimmy Buffet style band. He has played in some of the best C & W bands out of Nashville. I play jazz keyboards...I have a mutli Keyboard setup with Korg and Yamaha.... I work in software and Electronics. (two jobs!)
