Cool I was thinking 6k head lights and either 15k fogs or 8k fogs. what do you think?

what do you have of HID temps in your fogs and head lights? and when you post back click on my profile name then post on my visitor messages board(you may know that but I get it way to often that people post on there VM board

The spacers are already perfectly port matched. So there will not be a reason to ever port the spacers unless you are modifying your LIM and heads by a LOT. Please refer to the photos found on this page: http://www.nwpengineering.com/Phenolic_Spacers.html It shows that our spacers are port matched.

I'm not sure what you mean by port match though. But, port matching your intake manifolds are always a good idea. All our spacers are matched to the larger of the two mating intake ports. So you will not have to do any special porting to the spacer itself.

Yes, the ARP rod bolts can be installed with just the upper and lower oil pan removed.

I have not personally tested any TS products, so I can not comment. Sorry.
