I reccomend tein s techs, I love mine, i had h&R but didnt like the look or the ride. you can compare the different drops here.

thanks for that ebay link. ya i have about 110,000 on my ride so ill def. have to get new struts to be able to withstand a drop. what kind of drop would you recommend front and rear? also can you send me a link for some good springs on ebay or ones that you would buy? Thanks you have been very helpful.

are the struts really that expensive??? i was lookin to spend around $300 for everything. springs and struts.

ok my tire and wheel setup is this. I have 20x8.5 with 38 mm offset. I got nitto low pro's at 235 30. Will that work? im lookin at the megan racing springs that can lower to 1.75 in the front and rear. what do you recommend? im not lookin at too much of an aggressive look or anything.
