Maxus 2011 - CANCELLED
On the heels of Maxus 2010, I'm proud to announce the location for Maxus 2011...Sunny Florida!! (Daytona Beach / Orlando / Kissimmee)
Randy (SiathLinux) will be the host of the event.
Randy will be posting additional information as they become available.

Sunny Florida, sounds like there will be a h3ll of a caravan going down. Only thing is I heard theres a 90% chance of rain that day. lol

Thank You All for your support. As introduced by DanNY, I am Randal Lovelace aka SiathLinux.
I chose to step up and plan Maxus 2011 after seeing the complaints about Maxus 2010, I did not attend the event, but reading the various responses I can see that: A) things did not go as planned B) people that were supposed to be in specific locations were either late or didn't attend and C) even with the complaints, everyone did actually have a good time.
Well, Florida is home of having a GREAT time, and I have planned a great schedule of events for Maxus 2011.
I will post a Full Event Calender tomorrow - with times.
I will also have hotel information for a 'group' rate - which will save everyone that has to travel money. (it will be all in ONE hotel as we have some huge hotels that are capable of handling more than we can fill.).
If you have questions or comments PLEASE email me via maxus2011@live.com (yes I set up a Maxus email in order to not have my personal email crammed with Maxus emails - it already gets so much in it that it would make it difficult to sort....)

FYI - DO NOT BOOK a HOTEL yet --- as I'll be setting up a group deal at a good/low cost hotel (a nice hotel that's not overpriced)...

- Actually .... I'm still working on that - Since the Meet N Greet will be in Daytona Beach - I have a promoter (that happens to be a friend of mine), and will be working with them for the Meet N Greet (Daytona Beach) and another event during Maxus.I already have everything (as for locations) planned - and know the cost - working on several sponsors, several vendors, and I'm working getting a mobile detail person to be available for the Show N Shine event.
There are a lot of surprises in store for Maxus 2011, as I don't think that some 'types' of events should be combined, or even on the same day.
Patience and a lot of phone calls and driving to get things set up.

Daytona Beach, Florida - 10:00 AM til 6:30 PM. (As I know not everyone will arrive this early - this is an 'all day' sort of event, I suspect most will arrive starting around Noon, and continued till 6:30 PM when as a group we will head to the hotel).
