Headcount for Maxus in Chicago
Dates are going to be June 19th to June 22nd. I just need a basic headcount of who is going to be at Maxus this year. This will help me find out how much to order, ie: food, trophies, hotel reservations, etc. Due to lack of interest and financial support the track has to be canceled this year. Sorry to get your hopes up but the dealer we were talking to didn't provide the money in order for us to pay for the deposit to reserve the track. And the dates were filled in even if the event was moved one week ahead. Please post soon so I could calculate everything onto paper. Thanks
Xander
Headcount:
1. Xmax
2. Kozue
3. Dave Sz
4. !prjctmax!
5. Nissan6

Tim and I will be there for sure.
And I'll guess that without the track day, the friend with the IS300 won't be making the trip down More info later....

As long as I don't have to travel for work, I'll be there for the weekend and possibly Friday if I can get out of work.

trackday was canceled due to lack of serious interest.
I'll see you on sunday though.

I have something else planned for that weekend, but it may fall through, in which case I'm coming. I'm not sure I want to spend the night--if I only come for one day, which would be better, Sat or Sun? Will the most people be there on Sunday for the car show?

I should be able to attend Fri and possibly Sunday! Unfortunately my 01 AE Max is back to stock now! Wife drives it now! I may have WildMax01 come with me again in his AE Max also! Does anyone know if there will be a cruise on friday night from the hotel to downtown like last year? And if so will we be stopping at the museum to take pics?

chances are i'll make it but i do NOT need hotel accomodations. i have someone to stay with. food I do need tho.. and unless you have a trophy for "most greasy fingerprints on the fenders and bumper" then i won't be getting any trophies either.
