Also Tom im glad that you and Tim came down, and had a good time, if it wasnt for the people that actually showed with their cars, we couldnt have pulled this off. I had a blast this weekend and i'm pretty sure everyone else did too. Hopefully you can make it down to some of our local meets again this year!

does brian have to do with anything? I don't know who we're kidding but this was just a 2 person comittee with 2-3 other major helpers and others getting credit they don't deserve. I know Tom will wanna smack me again for being negative. Sorry pops...

It definitely was a good time and I know that those I came with really enjoyed getting to meet a lot of people. I'm regretting not making it out on Friday night for the cruise, and judging by the pictures posted, it does look like it was a nice time. I really appreciate all the work the planners put into this event and I think they pulled it off very well.

I had the cash on me. $200 was as far as I was going. I guess he would have won either way he was stopping at $225

From what I am gathering it seemed to have been off the chain. With the pics speaking for themselves. I think it was a great Maxus. I didnt go, but wish I had now. Chicago looks very nice at night.

Jose wanted me to get his SFCs installed for him but he wanted it done early in the day and the only way I could was if it was in the afternoon/evening. He told me hes going to be leaving around noon.

He should be home by sometime tomorrow evening if he did take some rest and left @ noonish.

Once again, mucho thanks to all participants of this years festivities and we would like to repeat it again next year- with a track day at a REAL track !

Good thing you can't or barely see the ketchup/mustard stain on my shirt. I think that was from a cheese burger that I was eatting a minute before that pic was taken.

All I can see is the grilling dirt on Hector's shirt. Hector, you did a great job as Grill Sargent.

Great crew for Maxus 07! (including DAVE Sz)
The SFC purchase was a last minute thing. I hope I didn't shatter anyones hopes on that.
I really enjoyed finally meeting some of the people from the org. I will definitely try to make next year's meet.

I will add that you guys did an awesome job! I really hope next years maxus will be as fun. If I cant find myself a project maxima by then to turbo then I think I might break the rules and show up in my supra. Lets just hope I find a nice wrecked 4th gen I plan to see a turbo maxima even if it has to be owned by me. lol

Once again props guys the fact that nobody got lost on the cruise is enough to make a believer out of me for sure.

I left early Monday morning. I was parked by the side entrance. The drive was OK except for some nasty rain on I-24 and the Florida Turnpike.
I definitely need to make some extra time to see the sights next time.
Special thanks to Kozy for the ride to the track on Saturday.
