Update from Oct 8th meeting.
We didn't really progress much at that meeting, but we have completed a proposal letter to get a few companies interested in sponsoring Maxus. We also have a site we are working on for Maxus 07 on information, such as hotels, event locations etc. I'll starting sending and submiting letters between now and next months meeting to gain interest so they will expect another agreement for financial sponsorship between December thru February.
