FS: 97 Maxima SE auto (white) Queens, NY
One owner asking for $2700. It will be 64,500 miles. Now it is 64,423. The lowest mileage you will ever see for a maxima.
Excellent condition with a few dings. It's never been painted so it is still pearl white. Car has been treated with Mobil 1. Stock y-pipe, I think it has a leak at the flex. I replaced the WS y-pipe. it has a better pull but it was too loud for my wife so I switch back to the rusted stock y-pipe. If WS y-pipe is not for you, you can replace the flex and you are good to go.
Conveniences
- Remote start (ultra starter)
- Remote 4 windows (DEI 530T) from remote
- stereo - bluetooth, hand-free talk, USB, 3.5mm plugin, a modern unit that has no CD player. There 2 usb ports so i use 16gb to plug in the hidden usb. Endless music all the time.
- Amp 4-channel.
- Subwoofer in the trunk.
- LED interior - doors, dome, cluster.
- installed a switch for radio antenna
Aftermarket parts installed.
- Rear sway bar
- 300zx gas filter
- installed front strut tower bar
Parts replaced from what I can remember
- Raxles - left and right - replaced because the boot was cracked it is easier to replace the entire axle then the boot itself.
- 3 O2 sensors replaced (direct fit bosch and denso) - replaced because of engine light on.
- replaced cat, b-pipe, muffler - replaced cat because didn't want to spend time to cut the stud between cat/b-pipe.
- evap canister - replaced because engine went light on.
- Michelin (4 tires) from Costco on stock 5-star alloy SE rims.
- Moog Sway Bar Link - replaced left and right
- Knock sensor - replaced because of engine went light on.
- Strong Arm Lift Support for the hood.
Parts included with purchase but not installed.
- WS y-pipe
- rear Napa rotor
- rear Nissan OEM brakes
- Rear Nissan OEM brakes hardware kit
- Some OEM oil filters
- Some OEM air filters
- One 300zx gas filter left
- A pair of premium wiper flex blade

I have a life time wheel alignment with firestone on Northern Blvd in Queens NY so this car is aligned. It is registered by license plate and driver’s license in their system. I will have it aligned before selling if the buyer wants. It comes with a report of the alignment. One alignment costs $75 plus taxes.

Sorry that I couldn’t get back to you folks sooner. The quick responses to my car happen sooner than I expected it. I thought it would take 2 to 3 weeks but it is actually takes 2 to 3 days with many PMs from the org and nycorg. I have a full time job. I am currently spending all my available time to test drive SUVs that would work out for my kids. I can tell you that 4 cylinder SUVs are weaker comparing to 4th gen max.
I will response in the order of time stamp responded to the thread or PMs. I don’t want to waste time so I am offering this low price. It would be best to bring someone with 4th gen max experience. You will find out that the title car owner is in my wife’s name who was driving it in the first 5 – 6 years. I became the primary driver since.

Just so you folks know, this car has a 2nd generation alternator. There was a recall on the 1st generation. Even though I didn’t experience any problem with the 1st generation I had it replaced anyway since it was free. You can be assured that the alternator is in excellent condition.

Thank you for everyone's interest on my car. I am still spending all my available time on test driving SUVs. The turn out of contacts is a lot more than I expected. I will shortly collect a list of people from both website and go from there.

I’ll take that as a complement. I would like to have a quick sell. This price should prevent people from complaining about the car’s some imperfection like scratches on the bumpers hahaha.
