2000 Nissan Maxima SE equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission. Car has 163K highway miles. Exterior is Sterling Mist Silver with black leather interior. This is the highest model SE available for the 2000 model year. Options for this model include 17" Rims, Spoiler, Fog lights, auto climate control, power heated leather seats, moonroof, Bose sound system, as well as all the basic power options that came on all SE's. I have also added an auto dimming mirror and an in dash 6 disc changer from a 2003 Maxima.
I've driven this car everywhere. I've been up to Maine at least 15 times and down south on a few occasions. This is a very capable daily driver which is exactly what I use it for. Maintenance has been kept up to date. Recent work done includes, new drivers side axle, new brakes, new battery, fluid/filter change, new a/c compressor, tires have about 10,000 miles on them.
This car needs very little to be perfect, and nothing that effects its good daily driver status. The rear tail pipe (section over rear beam) has cracked and will need to be welded. Windsheild has a small crack. There's normal road rash on the front from regular highway use, and a few marks on the rear bumper. There is a small spot of rust on the inside of the pass. door. The throw out bearing in the car is a cheap Auto Part Internation unit, so it tends to make some noise. Besides for the noise it has worked fine for the 40,000+ miles it has been installed in the car. The clutch engages nice and low.
Car is located in the Northeast, locals are more than welcome to inspect the car and take it for a test drive.
