you might want to clarify this. there isn't a 5spd auto or manual in 5.5 gen, nor is there a 6speed auto. what exactly are you looking for?

i an automatic and not stick(manual) . cuz that all i have been seeing so far

The 5.5 has a 4-speed auto.
You'll have to go up to a 6th generation to get a 5-speed auto.

I've got an '01 w/auto trans going on 74,000 miles. Its a base model though so no fancy extras. Well within your price range though. Its in MA if you're interested.
