The time has come for me and my max to part.
For sale is a 1999 Nissan Maxima SE in good condition. The car has 158,607 highway miles and runs great. The transmission is a 5-speed manual. It has new oversized Yokohama tires (paid $600 installed) and a few upgrades, which include a Cold Air Intake with a new K&N air filter (paid $70 for filter), Matrix strut tower brace, Unorthodox underdrive pulley, Y-Pipe, and clear corner lights and tail lights. It is also slightly lowered. The windows have dark tint in the rear and a slight tint in the front. The car is in great condition on the inside and everything is 100% working, including the factory double-din CD player. On the outside, there is some rust visible in a few places, the driver side fender has a very minor dent on it. The paint has some chips from highway driving, and a few small touch-ups. There is also some damage under the passenger side doors (from the bottom of the car) that also has some rust (I went over a tall curve at a gas station). The trunk cannot be opened with the key for some reason, but you can open it from the inside. I am not a mechanic but I believe it needs to have the front bearings replaced and possibly a driver side shock mount. The alternator belt sometimes makes noise when you first start the car, so the belt needs to be either replaced or tightened. Also, the Check Engine light it on, last time I checked it was the rear o2 sensor. I was going to do all the work myself but I bought another car in January, and haven’t driven this one since then. I also forgot to mention that it has a towing hitch installed, which is perfect for towing a jet-ski trailer or just about any light trailer. The hitch is barely visible, when the hitch ball is taken out, as you can see in the picture. I also just changed the oil and the filter this morning.
