I must say, the tires are a bit too wide and bulgy for an 8" wheel.

Nice. I never liked the 6th gen (my previous posts are an indication of that), however your car definitely is a good example of one I can definitely look at for an extended period of time. Good work, looks like tons of $$ and time went into building that beast.
