Of course he offered to resolve it. But I'm ending this deal here because I shouldn't have to do all this for a bulb, or anyone for that matter. He's not a bad person, this is just my feedback regarding this trade. Complete bull****

These bulbs are brand new, tested. I bought them last week from theretrofitsource. No way it went out, even it got damaged in shipping i was kind enough to get the warranty exchange. Very rude buyer too
