I had the something happen with local spots and rusted cat bolts. I was going to just cut my stock exhaust. I had a guy tell me $100 to remove those two bolts. I told him to put my car on the ground. I needed them removed so that I could install my Cattman headers. I ended getting them removed free of charge from a coworker of my mother that ran a firestone as his full time job.
