I have only dealt with DaveB once (nissan workmanship) on a complicated issue but he has been on my speed dial since. I don't care to shop around anymore for OE parts - just call DaveB. If I need a second opinion - just call DaveB.
He is about a stand-up guy as any maxima owner can ask for today.
