My experience with Teaner was a big disappointment. He came through with most of my order, but sent me the wrong trim piece to match my car. I sent ten photos of what was needed, plus exact measurements, attempted to contact him numerous times and experienced poor communications or no response at all. I even spoke with him about the problem and he promised to get it rectified. My last email was eight days ago with no response. I believe that I made every effort to resolve this, but in the end, it is unresolved after almost two months and I give up. It's hard to believe all of the good feedback with my experience. It is not a lot of money, but 'buyer beware' if something goes wrong.
