Maxima Owners In Taiwan

i just got back from taiwan in april... saw some very nice and clean A33s around my house.

in TW most cars are modded very clean, and flows really well with their body kits/wheels.

last time i was there (3 years ago) cefiros were EVERYWHERE. much more so than camrys/accords here.

yeah, my dad said the same, too. when he came to US to visit, he'd said maxima's are not as luxurious, but has much stronger drive feel. but cefiro's are definitely the car a moderately successful person would buy.

yeah, i'm from taiwan, and my guess is that you want to buy those benali related products? or splitfire ignition coils? or ground looped capacitor for voltage consistency?

Actually it's a trunk lip spoiler, a tad more exaggerated than say an M3 spoiler and unlike the M3 style ones everywhere, this one appears to be specifically molded for the A33 Cefiro trunk.

You will see one more 4th gen running around Taipei city in December. The car will be shipped at the end of this month. Anyone know how to avoid paying custom duty?

I would like to hook up with some of you guys while I'm there. I will be staying either in Kuashung (sp) or at the Grand Hyatt in Taipei. Would definitely like to check out the rides and some of the hotspots.

you want a tip? buy a Hummer H2 or something ship it over there and sell it for 3 times the price here

down the street from you is Room 18, Neo 19, and this other lounge which are all cool (all are by Warner Village Hsin I one), you even have a club in your hotel called zigga zagga

You;re right next to Taipei 101 which has this club called Mint which is a nice baller club (1000NT Cover) and 5 minute taxi ride away is Jing Hau Tzun (I dont know how to write pin yin or whatever it is) in english its the living mall, and there is Plush on the 12th floor I think it is which is always popping, theres also some lounges and good restaurants like lawry's in there
and 5 minutes the other way is anything you want, hoestess bars, Luxy (hottest club in Taiwan over summer) and a million and one bars, smaller clubs, etc.....

for cars? just cruise by the clubs at night, or you might catch the Ferrari club cruising up and down Fu Hsing late at night (dont know if they still do it any more but oh well =p)
