Was wondering if anyone has done it to their I35, kinda experience have they had, any power loss, and mpg loss, etc. Also how hard is it to remove them and what did you end up replacing them with, any pictures/videos would be nice

power loss or power gains? only thing youre going to have is pizzed off neighbours from no muffler. only way youre going to change anything with the exhaust is if you get a custom mandrel bent exhaust, even then thats only like 3-5HP. if you want more power, look elsewhere

not looking for power, this is for the noise and I don't think itll wake anyone up, have you heard the g35's without mufflers? Best way of getting one of the sexiest car noises lol

It's only illegal if you drive it like that.

Which muffler? The rear or the resonator? Or Both? Sounds like you're bored and missing a link or two! Try you might like it for about a month! It's insane and totally crazy on what people do to their cars for more power, better exhaust note, etc....

just the rear mufflers, nothing else, I mean I can bolt it right back on if I find it annoying and stuff but was just wondering if anyone else has done it. G35 forums are filled with this though, as in muffler deletes

The flange that connects the mid-pipe to the muffler went on my I30 two weeks ago. Until it was fixed I felt like I was driving a Honda from right after the Fast and the Furious just came out. The sound was fun for about a day or two. After that, it was almost embarrassing to drive my car from how loud it was.
