Speaker has a whining noise

I mustve done something to make the rear speaker mess up cause it made a 'popping' noise. Now when I turn on the stereo there Is axlopping noise and the speaker whistles with the revs of the car.
Anyone know how to go about fixing this? It's driving me crazy..

The stereo is all oem if that matters

Thanks in advance!

You have a ground issue...You want to check all your connections. If everything is good, I believe they make noise filters. Haven't used them in years though....
