If you can get ahold of factory nissan service manual from your car and the one that everything was swapped from you can pm me or pmohr and we can help.
Over in the states it goes: a32= 95-99 vq30de with a crappy metal non-variable intake manifold (Your vq30's probably have the "mevi") than A33a= 00-01 with a plastic variable manifold.

On your VQ20 you're using the factory MEVI system?
The 00VI (A33 UIM) isn't an extremely hard install, but you will probably want to set aside a day or so for it. You'll need pretty much everything above the heads from the junkyard DE-K.
The DE-K and 20DE
should be all but identical, so far as I know you can run one with a VQ30 ECU (probably run a bit rich, though). That being said, the entire engine control harness should be relatively plug and play (between years even in the same generation, fuse box connectors change, the engine harness to dash harness connectors and pinouts, etc).
Do your A33s not have the NATS system? If so, you'll need to swap over the NATS IMMU, receiver antenna, and associated wiring (which I assume you want to do due to swapping the dash, gauge cluster and all).
