Annoying Shaking

Whenever I go over 45 mph my car shakes like crazy. I don't know if it's its the tire, or tranny or motor mount or what but for someone who is on the parkway a lot it gets extremely annoying. Does anyone know how I can figure out what the problem is?

Thanks,
Chuck

I'm getting the new tires soon. Should I just wait for that or will the shaking do possible engine damage?

I don't see it hurting anything but tire tread. If you are getting new ones just deal with it til then. If the problem keeps up it might be a badly bent wheel. But if it's that bad you would most likely see it. look on the rims and see if you can see anything. If not chances are it's the tires.
